With extensive experience in navigating Vietnam’s real estate and investment regulatory framework and working with relevant state authorities, she has successfully advised both domestic and international clients on buy-side and sell-side deals throughout entire lifecycle of mixed-use residential developments and hospitality projects in Vietnam from the initial structuring to the final closing.
