LEGAL UPDATE: Did you know the Government of Vietnam has recently issued a decision on its strategy to increase investment cooperation with a number of countries for the next 10 years?

On 2 June 2022, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision No. 667/QD-TTg approving the Investment Cooperation Strategy with Foreign Countries for the Period of 2021 – 2030 (“Decision 667”). Decision 667 became valid from 2 June 2022. See the update in the link below.
