LEGAL UPDATE: Did you know the Government has issued a decree to extend payment of taxes and land rent?

Decree 41/2020/ND-CP was issued on 8 April 2020 and became valid on the same date. A 5-month extension has been granted for the payment of CIT, VAT and land rent and for PIT until 31 December 2020. Enterprises in certain sectors affected by Covid-19 are eligible as are all SMEs.
