LEGAL UPDATE: Did you know that the HCMC People’s Committee has issued a notice to support companies that have the need to use expatriate employees and therefore need permission for them to enter HCMC?
Companies with such needs are asked to send a letter to the Department of Labour by 8 June in the form provided.
